Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods, including:

Cash

If services are not paid for within 30 days of invoicing, a late fee may be applied.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Liability

While we take all necessary precautions, Pressure Washing Aldgate is not liable for any unforeseen damages resulting from our services. Clients are encouraged to disclose any fragile or sensitive areas prior to service initiation.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Ensuring clear access to areas requiring service.
Removing valuables or obstacles that could hinder the pressure washing process.
Informing us of any specific requirements or concerns.

Scheduling and Rescheduling

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. To reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. We strive to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability during peak times.

Warranty and Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our services, notify us within this period, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Aldgate jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.

Amendments to Terms

Pressure Washing Aldgate reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our platform, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
